Futon Cover is awful!


I bought a custom made futon cover in this store. It's AWFUL! It's looks like a bag, without any form, with seam in the visible place, and it puckers on the both sides. So, I absolutely disappointed! And I talked to them before I bought it, I asked an advice, I sad that I have non-standard sizes. And now I spend 100$ and I can't returned it, because it's custom made.
